A question about a rule, a script or a protocol. Name the book and the chapter, and describe the move you are facing in two or three sentences.
Found a mistake? Quote the line and give the chapter or page. Confirmed errors are corrected in the next edition.
Interviews, review copies and reading-group questions. Put the outlet or group and the date in the subject line.
Translation, audio and bulk orders are handled by the publisher, Meridian Global Press, at the same address.
